Petite Productions Returns to the Stage with
Before and After
March 9-10, 2024

A comedic cabaret about digital dating, Covid chaos, and FINALLY saying “I Do”!

Let us take you on a hilarious and light-hearted rom-com adventure in ‘Before & After’, Petite Productions and Cox Productions’ newest comedic collaboration!

Emma moved to Chicago to further her singing career… and hopefully meet the love of her life! But what she encounters is far from the glamorous escapades of ‘Sex in the City’—it’s an uproarious rollercoaster of mishaps and mayhem! Brace yourself for a side-plitting saga featuring a kaleidoscope of quirky characters in the Windy City’s digital dating scene. Get ready to “swipe left” and laugh out loud as Emma navigates through the chaos in ‘Before’!

And if you think one wedding is chaotic, try three in a year—all to the same person! A whirlwind of wedding woes await in ‘After’ as Emma and her fiance Vince attempt to say their vows amidst the 2020 pandemic. How do you say “I do” when the world says “no”? Buckle up for a riotous ride through ever-changing elopement plans, bridal breakdowns, and socially-distanced southern soirées—all against the backdrop of an unpredictable Covid crisis.

Featuring show stopping tunes from Broadway legends and the talents of Emily Cox and Nissa Kahle, this cabaret double-bill promises ‘something old and something new’ for everyone! Come laugh, groan, and finally walk down the aisle with the happy couple in ‘Before & After’, this March 9th and 10th at the Mary Wilson House Beyer Auditorium in Park Ridge!
